Refund & Cancellation Policy

At khojy we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services in lifestyle, fitness, and career development. Your satisfaction and growth are our top priorities. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

All services provided — including lifestyle coaching, fitness coaching, and career coaching — are non-tangible, time-based services. Once a session or package is booked and confirmed, time and resources are reserved for you, and as such, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation structure.


2. Refund Policy

One-on-One Sessions (Single or Packaged)

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions under any circumstances.
  • Unused Sessions (in a multi-session package): May be eligible for a partial refund, minus any used sessions and a 10% processing fee, if requested within 14 days of purchase.

Subscription/Membership-Based Services

  • If you subscribe to ongoing coaching services, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days , and credited in bank account within 5-7 days

Workshops, Courses, or Group Coaching Programs

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are provided after the program has started.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and non-refundable.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of medical emergencies or other unavoidable conflicts, we will consider refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
